Emergency Closure of School

In the event of extreme weather conditions, please check if the school will be operational in the first instance by:

  • Checking the school website which will display information on the home page
  • Listening to the local radio stations (BBC Radio Nottingham and Capital FM)
  • Checking local radio station websites (BBC Radio Nottingham and Capital FM)

The school also uses an electronic communication service which allows us to contact you via text message or email. You will be contacted via text message with details about any school closure, so it is really important that you inform school if you change your phone number.

Please note that the school will remain open unless you are specifically informed otherwise.
